Self Serve Menu Management (SSMM) is an Hubster feature that allows you to create, edit, update, manage and publish menus from Hubster's Business Manager tool. Self-Serve Menu Management Features
- Control your menu and make adjustments.
- Update your menu items across platforms with a few clicks.
- Easily test new products, categories and pictures.
- Reduce time spent reviewing menu changes across multiple platforms.
- Reduce inaccuracies and inconsistencies across your brands and locations.
Getting Started
- Go to https://manager.tryhubster.com.
- Input your user and password (email and password assigned by Hubster).
- Click on “Menus” on the side bar.
- Click on “Get Started”.
- Start creating your menu.
Creating the Menu
- Once on the “Menu” tab, click “Import from existing service”.
- Select the brand of your choice (if you have multiple brands).
- Select the location that has the desired menu.
- Select the Delivery Partner that has the best menu in the selected location.
- Select the location in which that menu should be published to. Once the import is done, you will be able to see the available menu in the “All menus” section.
- Click on the menu to check the information on its categories, items, modifiers and hours.
- You can change the name, description, add items to the category
- Click on the item to change its name, description, and price per partner.
- You can add the tax tag based on the item, tax rate and upload a specific photo.
- You can add a modifier group or edit existing ones and add modifiers, rearrange them and change price.
- You can adjust hours and add special hours.
- Click on “Menu settings” to add cuisine tag, description and locations.
- Click on “Create Menu” and be sure to select the following:

- All locations or specific ones.
- Which partner to push the menu to (e.g. UberEats, DoorDash, Menulog).
