Disabling Battery Optimization
Battery Optimisation is a new feature in the Android Operating System designed to conserve battery power by switching off connections like Wifi and Bluetooth when the tablet has been idle for a period of time.
Since these connections are vital for Hubster’s functionality, this feature should be disabled for the Hubster app(s).
It’s highly recommended that you keep the Hubster tablet plugged into power as much as possible, both to prevent the battery optimisation feature from activating and to ensure the tablet doesn’t run out of battery in the middle of service.
Hubster issues out either Samsung or Lenovo tablets. Click here to find out how to disable battery optimisation for your Samsung tablet. Click here to find out how to disable battery optimisation for your Lenovo tablet.
