We are actively working with delivery partners to implement live-order adjustments. We currently support live-order adjustments for Uber Eats within Order Manager. For other delivery platforms, we recommend reaching out to the company directly to make live adjustments.
UberEats
- You can now change and delete any item from an in-flight order directly from Hubster’s Order Manager.
- Click the Uber Eats order.
- Scroll down and select ‘Adjust Order’
- Select the item you’d like to adjust and decrease the quantity, or remove the item from the order entirely. The order total will also be adjusted accordingly.
- After the adjustment has been made, you can see a summary when reopening the order.
Please note that Uber Eats does not allow increasing the quantity of an item.
